We bring people from all walks of life together to embrace adversity. It builds a deeper bond with the people beside you, and with yourself.
That shows up everywhere else: at work, as a father or mother, as a partner. You stop performing and start showing up as who you really are.

Husband and dad. Marine veteran. Endurance athlete. One of a crew of four who rowed a 24-foot boat across the Pacific Ocean. By day, a journeyman electrician.
In middle school I said it out loud: "I feel like I'm supposed to do hard things. That's why I'm here." I've been chasing that ever since.
When you keep pushing the body, the voice that wants comfort gets loud. The work is learning to quiet it, one step at a time. That's what changes people. The Warrior Healer Project is how I share it.
