Step on the mat.

WARRIOR HEALER ACADEMY · NO-GI JIU JITSU

Jiu jitsu blended with breathwork, yoga, and learning to stay calm under pressure. No experience needed. We build that.

Every Thursday, 5:00–6:30 PM · Behind Veteran Sanctuary, 4611 W National Ave

First class free. Veterans always train free.

More than a mat.

WHAT WE TRAIN

Every class runs on a 12-week fundamentals curriculum, plus breathwork, a yoga flow, and sometimes rowing or a conditioning finisher.

  1. Breath. Everything starts here. Control the breath, control the moment.

  2. Fundamentals. Escapes, positions, and submissions that work, drilled until they're yours.

  3. Strength & mobility. Yoga and strength work so your body holds up on the mat and off it.

  4. Calm under pressure. Staying clear when it's uncomfortable, then taking that home with you.
